Food is my ultimate healer, When I am sad and I see roasted Chicken, I forget all my worries. And no matter how trying a situation is I am at solace when I have food in my hand. For me eating hours are the best time of the day. So this recipe I experimented today at lunch and It’s a hit!!! Amazing flavour of Indian spices with Mexican touch to it. Please try this recipe guys and you will not be disappointed, in fact you would ask for more.

Cooking time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- Chicken-750gms
- Unsweetened Yogurt-1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Peppercorn powder-1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder-1/4 tsp
- Fennel powder-1/4 tsp
- Star anise powder-1/3 tsp
- Perry perry spice-1 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- Ginger paste-1 tsp
- Garlic paste-1 tsp
- Onion paste-1tsp
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients well to the chicken and marinate it for 2-3 hrs.
- If you have coal Barbeque nothing is better than that, Grill the chicken on the barbecue.
- If you don’t have one, you can heat the oven at 150C and grill the chicken in an electric oven for 15mins.
- Or you can use the grill pan.
